Terms of membership

These terms will govern membership of RequestDinner, a closed-network courtship concierge. They are a scaffold for counsel, not an enforceable contract.

Eligibility

Members must be 21 or over, seeking marriage, and must clear identity, DBS, and two professional referees. Admission is discretionary.

Fees

Initiation £2,500; active retainer £250 per month with a £50 operational hold; protocol fee £1,000 per introduction. Access keys may waive initiation. Fees are not a guarantee of an introduction.

Conduct

No in-app chat. Screenshots of dossiers are prohibited. Red Alert or concierge expulsion may result in a hashed blacklist entry. The first five introductions are supervised.

Limitation

Physical security reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it. Counsel must draft the limitation, insurance, and governing-law clauses (England and Wales).
